Traditionally a print publication, we were asked to progress 2020’s inaugural online review by maximising the potential of showcasing Bartlett stories digitally. We quickly identified the need for a more accessible and immersive user experience and developed a flexible design system that could frame content and create a consistent and distinctive visual identity.

Our team worked closely with academics from across UCL over a 6 month period, involving interviews, writing, editing, art direction and video production to bring 31 stories to life. We also created assets to promote the review over a month-long social media campaign. The review launched in early 2022 to a wealth of positive feedback.
